This new build test is consistently failing during the dh_auto_test step on ppc64el and arm64. However, dh_auto_test does run successfully enough on the official Launchpad builders (as opposed to in the autopkgtest infrastructure). Also, we are running the upstream test suite as an "installed tests" autopkgtest already.
