Please take a stand on "screen: Use clean env when creating new tab"

Bug description:
In gnome-terminal 3.49.92-2ubuntu1 d/p/screen-Use-clean-env-when-
creating-new-tab.patch is disabled since the code is applied upstream
in 3.49.92. However, upstream hesitates and has now reverted the code
in question. Please see this commit message:
