On Home Folder when right click for context menu, if context option is
on top of a file it cant be clicked

Bug description:
When on home as seen on the image https://imgur.com/a/61q20OR if you
right click for context menu, not right click on a file, but on the
space between the files, after the context menu opens, if the context
option you want to click is on top of a file it cant be clicked and it
will resolve on closing the context menu and clicking on the file.
On the image above you can see in red the files behind the context
menu, those specific areas if clicked will close the context menu and
end up clicking on the file.
