Public bug reported:

1) Description: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, Release: 22.04

2) Installed: 42.3-0ubuntu3, Candidate: 42.3-0ubuntu3

3) I expected a PDF with embedded comments to open and display without
issue.

4) Evince crashes just after rendering document containing a comment, in
larger document it crashes when moving to the page with the comment.

The following appears in the /var/log/syslog:

Oct 30 11:44:25 flappy dbus-daemon[2156]: [session uid=1000 pid=2156]
Successfully activated service 'org.gnome.evince.Daemon'

suppressed

libglib-2.0.so.0.7200.4[7fd6590cc000+8f000]

I've reported this to gnome, but seems to be fixed upstream:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evince/-/issues/1990, and version used in
Ubuntu LTS is no longer supported. The ticket also contains example
libreoffice file and generated PDF.

Kind regards,
Dennis
