Title:
  external hyperlink keyboard freeze

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
When no FireFox windows are currently open and an external hyperlink,
specifically those opened with Evince, is used then the created window
freezes the keyboard. New tabs as well as new opened windows
experience the same issue as long as the original window is still
open. Windows key + F9 and Windows key + Shift have no effect. Some of
the Ctrl functions still work in the window/s and the keyboard freeze
  is only localized to FireFox.
