I'm using Xubuntu "jammy" and added my Canon MG5150 printer. The adding
process somewhere complains about missing software (small "notification"
in upper right edge of desktop). After klicking on "search" (or similar)
a "software" window opens and tell it doesn't find the requested
software.
In the second try I've guessed to install gutenprint, and voila: it
works, but that gutenprint was missing was nowhere visible. But I can
remember that in the first try somewhere gutenprint was named as driver,
so I did an "wajig list-installed gutenprint" and because no result,
I've installed it.
