Running `sudo gnome-language-selector` leads to:
```
dbus.exceptions.DBusException: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ExecFailed:
Failed to execute program org.debian.apt: Permission denied
```
This was resolved by reinstalling dbus.
Feels like there was a user namespace issue which was resolved. Are in-
place dbus re-installs needed? Is apparmor involved?
