Nautilus installs but doesn't show in App Menu

Bug description:
I've installed the package with Synaptics in Ubuntu Studio, but it didn't
show in any App Menu (like Accessories). I had to "Run Program".
Also, running Nautilus, changed the background color of my Desktop
