nautilus does not recognized that a DVD is already ejected with
hardware ejection

Bug description:
I have already ejected a DVD with the DVD-Drive ejection
button(harware button on at the drive), but nautilus still keeps on
it's opinion that the dvd is still insert, also when the drive is
already closed in emty state.
Expected: Nautilus should recognized a emty state of a DVD drive by itself.
