bottom dock animation issue

Bug description:
I noticed that there a bug where when you have the Dock at the bottom
and you launch an app, which minimizing it it won’t minimize to the
bottom as it still thinks the Dock is off to the left. Once you change
work spaces then only does the app realize that the dock is at the
bottom of the screen.
