On a thinkpad p15v gen 3. two-finger scroll works initially, after fresh
boot, but after some time it stop working at all.
A simple way to redproduce: bootup, scroll something in browser, then
open new terminal, try to scroll there ( won't scroll as there is not
enough content in terminal), after that the twofinger scroll will stop
working everywhere until next boot
