Title:
  Closing window button doesn't appear correctly on  the second display

Bug description:
  If toggle it to the Activity task, its closing window button on second 
display (other monitor) is showed as well, however if toggle it to the Program 
Menu then the X button doesn't show completely.
  I attached a recorded explains it. Please observe the left screen's X button.
