Bug description:
kwin and plasmashell randomly freeze usually when there is a
notification window pop up. I have to use kwin_x11 --replace or
plasmashell --replace in order to make screen responsive. Please note
I can still type to the app that currently is open (let's say
FeatherPad) but things are stuck and I cannot switch tasks.
