Title:
  Should welcome screen be included?

Status in gnome-initial-setup package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS with gnome-initial-setup 46 Alpha shows these
  screens:

  Help improve Ubuntu
  Privacy (Location Services)
Done (You can use App Center to install apps)

This is a change from Ubuntu 23.10 where the first screen was Online
  Accounts. See LP: #2049513

Would it be useful to add an intro screen instead of immediately
asking for permission to send data?

GNOME Initial Setup has a page available. We may want to adjust the
wording though since there is no "making an account" for existing
users especially now that Online Accounts is no longer integrated
  here. Screenshot attached.
