Hi just an update this bug appears to be fix after an update today. Gnome-Control-Center is working as expected.

Now every time I open Gnome Control Center it open at the last section I was at which is About and insistently freezes and I have to force quit. Maybe unrelated but when I was in Live mode before installing, opening Gnome Control Center and navigating to About, I would be prompted for a new keyring.
