  Lock screen doesn't prevent media keys from working

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1) Open a music player e.g. Audacious with some music content
  2) Lock the screen
  3) Press Play/Pause media button (I'm using an Apple USB keyboard)

  What happens:

  Audacious starts playing music.

  What should happen:

  Nothing, because the screen is locked.
