Bug description:
Latest Chrome Update has broken Chrome for Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
Release: 22.04
When I click on the Chrome Icon it just indicates a loading Icon and
break functionality of the whole interface, I need to Quit Chrome to
be able to use any app.
