Thanks for the bug report. What other apps exhibit the same issue? I'm
thinking it might be a bug in Element, or related to bug 2064177.

Window glitches when launched from the panel

Bug description:
When I click on an active app on the panel, it glitches out really
badly sometimes. I usually encounter this with Element, installed as
flatpak.
