Title:
After putting my system to sleep the whole system just glitches out.
Status in mutter package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Fonts break, system widgets are missing but all applications work fine, the
glitch is limited to system gui like app tray, toolbar, notiication pannel,
lock screen etc.
this can only be then fixed by either logout and login or restart.
