Hmm, I don't know whether Element or VS-Codium have native wayland
support or ran via x-wayland. My Ubuntu session was running on Wayland
tho.

Will do. I'm happy with plasma, so if I'm the only one affected by this
bug, it can be closed.

Bug description:
  When I click on an active app on the panel, it glitches out really
  badly sometimes. I usually encounter this with Element, installed as
  flatpak.
