This seems to be a regression after samba 4.15 was introduced in focal.
This same issue was found and fixed in jammy in LP: #1967245.
I will mark this as a duplicate of the other one and target that to
focal as well.

unable to share a folder with nautilus. I have an error: "net usershare"
returned error 255: [2024/07/30 01:35:10, 0]
