Bug description:
Using the touchpad on an X1 Carbon G10 with 90Hz OLED the mouse cursor
stutters, unless something else is changing on screen (like running
glmark2-wayland).
Workaround:
Put this in /etc/environment:
MUTTER_DEBUG_FORCE_KMS_MODE=simple
and reboot.
