You can however always enable it in about://flags or by invoking with
chromium --ozone-platform-hint=auto.

  Chromium opens, but cursor remains in "loading" state within 15
  seconds after opening.

Bug description:
  How to replay:
  1.Open chromium - Chromium opens
  2.hover over the chromium icon on the dock
  3.there will be a loading bar on the cursor

  That's what I checked, I took flash drives with a clean installation and 
found out that Ubuntu has this problem, but Fedora does not have this problem. 
  This problem occurs on all chromium browsers, it doesn’t matter whether they 
are deb, snap, flatpack, the problem does not go away.
