I want an advanced mouse scrolling for Kubuntu System , some thing
like this (firefox plugin):

It can making advanced settings like:
-Step Size
-Smoothness (Forepart)
-Smoothness
-Acceleration Sensitivity
-Acceleration by travel distance
with saving as multi-able mode.
And can be fast mode change (like : by mouse middle+right click).
