Previously, I had Ubuntu 22 installed, and just yesterday, I transitioned to Ubuntu 24. However, my external hard drive is not being recognized by Ubuntu 24 at all, despite functioning perfectly under Ubuntu 22. I also have Windows 10 installed in a dual-boot configuration, where the hard drive operates without issue. Upon attempting to mount the drive, I encountered an error, which I have documented, although I have discovered that I am unable to select text from dialogue boxes. I intend to report this issue as well. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter, as it is of paramount importance for this distribution.
