Seems to be random, for example on the "Installed" tab
`com.usebottles.bottles` shows the icon but `org.gnome.Boxes` doesn't.
All software installed from `apt` or `snap` seem to work.
I'll attach a screenshot, where:
1. "System Monitor", "Terminal" and Tweaks" is installed via `apt`
2. "VLC" is installed via `snap`
3. "Text Editor", "Thunderbird", "Videos", "Weather" and "Web" are installed
via `flatpak`
- Only "Text Editor" and "Web" are missing icons
On the "Explore" tab some applications may and some applications may not
be missing icons.
