Upgraded to 24.04.1 and switched to the nvidia 550 driver and it still very much remains an issue. Almost all Gnome apps and the Snap Store don't comply with the dark theme. I've also mentioned in another bug report that the 'Set as Background...' option for pictures doesn't work at all on nautilus. From that point on I can't provide any further help.
