run-arts was unable to run debuginfo.sh upon startu
Status in gnome-settings-daemon package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Upon login, the screen remains black save for a pup-up informing me
that run-parts was unable to run a script called debuginfo.sh. I am
unable to copy/aste the exact message.
Upon closing, the same message opens on my other screen.
After closing the other one finally the OS UI elements boot up and the
system finishes logging in without any remaining ill-effects
