With latest version the icon is animated on click when the application
isn't already running

Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

  Clicking on any ubuntu dock icons doesn't animate animate the icon

  [ Test case ]

  - Click on any dash-to-dock icon
  - The icon should animate on click (when it opens a new application)
  - The same when launching a new application instance (ctrl + click)

  [ Regression potential ]

  Launching an application doesn't work anymore, animations are shown
  even when is not relevant.
