New webkit2gtk releases usually include security fixes and are therefore
handled similar to how new Firefox releases are handled. webkit2gtk 2.46.1 will
be released as a security update to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS soon (and 22.04 LTS if it
builds there). It would be helpful to get this built now for 24.10 before Final
Freeze. Otherwise, it will just get updated later.
This is the first point release in the stable 2.46.x series and
includes several other bug fixes also.

The last time we built this package, it took about 2.5 days to do the riscv64
build.
