Title:
  FFe: unvendor libspelling from gnome-text-editor

Status in gnome-text-editor package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
gnome-text-editor switched to using libspelling with their 47 RC
release at the beginning of September. libspelling is based on code
that was originally written for gnome-text-editor and gnome-builder.

At that point, Ubuntu 24.10 already had gnome-text-editor 47 Beta and
it takes time for a package to be promoted to main. Therefore, we
vendored libspelling in Ubuntu's gnome-text-editor packaging and began
  the MIR process.

Since the MIR was approved today, we would like to remove the
vendoring and promote libspelling to main. This would simplify our
  packaging.

If this Feature Freeze Exception is not approved, we will unvendor
  libspelling for Ubuntu 25.04 instead.

  MIR link is LP: #2080062
