Public bug reported:

When toggling the dark style preference via the quick settings, if the
icon theme is something other than Yaru like Adwaita, then toggling will
change the icon theme to Yaru. When toggling dark style back and forth
via gnome-control-center the icon theme is respected.

This change also affects the vanilla gnome shell session.

Now that GNOME 47 has implemented accent colours (I'm guessing this was
needed for Ubuntu's implementation pre GNOME 47), is this modification
to the dark style quick setting still needed?
