Public bug reported:

Steps to repeat:

1. connect and authorize external thunderbolt 2 enclosure, using a thunderbolt
2-3 adapter to connect to the computer
2. observe it is authorized and recognized using boltctl --list

boltctl list

3. lsblk -l, does not show the drives

Two drives in raid configuration, I cannot activate the raid if the
computer doesn't even recognize the drives to begin with.

In Noble Nombat it worked just fine.
