When you go to the desktop and try to use the arrows to select files.
Nothing will happen. I remember this working just fine a few months ago.

I checked this on both my PC and a spare laptop, both running Jammy with
minimal modifications to the install.

Selecting a file and then using the arrows doesn't work either.
Installing GTK4 DING extension fixes the issue. However I believe such
basic functionality should not have to be fixed by the user.
