We were listing the elements using manual formatting and this was broken

So use a grid to manage this, this indeed changes the text used by
translations but because of lp:2068639 it's not a problem because no
translations are available so far.
Also in this way RTL languages are properly handled (LP: #2062971)

Bug description:
[ Impact ]
The "View changelog" (or "View release notes") text is in blue instead
of using the ubuntu accent color

Run:
rm ~/.config/gnome-initial-setup-done
/usr/libexec/gnome-initial-setup --existing-user
The link to the ubuntu release notes should be using the ubuntu accent
color (or the user selected one).
