Evince failed to let me print both sides

Bug description:
When printing a PDF with Evince, on the Page Setup tab, I selected
"Two Sided: Long Edge (Standard)".
I then clicked Print and the printer simply printed the document on
two pages. This is a fresh install of Xubuntu 11.10, prior to this I
used Ubuntu 11.04 and this setting worked correctly then. I had the
same printer then as now, and was still using TurboPrint (so I doubt
TurboPrint is the cause of the problem).
