Bug description:
[ Impact ]
Menus are shown under the dock
[ Test case ]
1. Enable autho-hide mode
2. Move the file manager window to the side where the dock it is (better if at
the bottom edge of the screen, with the dock at the bottom)
3. Right click so that a menu items opens
4. The menu should show over the dock
[ Regression potential ]
The menu item is wrongly reported as an application window

3. Expected to choose "Property" option in right-click context menu of a
folder in file manager.
4. In some position of file manager's window near middle to bottom of the
screen, the context menu was shown under dock panel without possibility to
choose options, the dock hides menu.
