Most of the time, when trying to paste a file into a folder where a file
with the same name exists, I get a freeze, and the following messages in
the terminal:

no longer compatible with the swapchain. (VK_ERROR_OUT_OF_DATE_KHR)

At the same time, I can see the frame of the dialog window which is
