Reopened. Still happening on Oracular using a Zenbook S 13. Putting the screen to sleep didn't fix it, but putting the whole machine to sleep did fix it.

It feels like I'm pointing with a long wobbly stick. This doesn't happen often enough to be a big problem, but last time it did I found I could fix it by locking (Super+L) and then unlocking the screen again (leaving it locked for long enough for the screen to actually turn off).
