Fix build tests
Status in gnome-initial-setup package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
gnome-initial-setup 47 added a build test that doesn't work with our
Ubuntu patches. We should update the build test or our patch so that
the build test passes.
I temporarily ignored build test failures so that I could get the new
gnome-initial-setup in before Ubuntu 24.10 Feature Freeze. This is not
a regression since this test did not exist before.
