Upgrade to v1.2.x in oracular from 1.1.3-4.1ubuntu3. Needed by
upcoming Plasma 6
Current upstream is 1.2.1
We hope to get the new KDE Plasma 6 into oracular. This requires xdg-
utils 1.2.x which supports KDE_SESSION_VERSION=6
