Bug description:
It was synced to mantic but removed for now
- The new version is incompatible with the previous one and the .pc
got renamed, there is a discussion in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=934811 about renaming the binaries
- Pipewire also currently fail to build with it,

we should wait for Debian to upload to unstable instead
