libgstreamer1.0-dev is marked Multi-Arch: same but the Gst-1.0.gir file
is causing a conflict.
To reproduce this bug, run the following command in Ubuntu 25.04 (e.g.
current ubuntu:devel container):
# apt-get install libgstreamer1.0-dev:i386 libgstreamer1.0-dev:amd64
[...]
Unpacking libgstreamer1.0-dev:amd64 (1.25.1-1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive
/tmp/apt-dpkg-install-nevdEZ/98-libgstreamer1.0-dev_1.25.1-1_amd64.deb

trying to overwrite shared '/usr/share/gir-1.0/Gst-1.0.gir', which is
different from other instances of package libgstreamer1.0-dev:amd64

Notes:
* This prevents Wine developers from building both the 32-bit and 64-bit
versions of Wine with GStreamer support, thus limiting their ability to work on
32-bit Windows applications.
* This issue is new in Ubuntu 25.04 (i.e. it's not present in Ubuntu 24.10 or
24.04.1 LTS).
