Add poppler-data to Suggests field

Bug description:
To display unembedded CJK fonts, poppler needs poppler-data(*)
package. However poppler-data is in multiverse. Please add poppler-
data to Suggests field of libpoppler2, poppler-utils to inform users
that you need to install its package by hand.
