Please update freerdp3 to at least 3.14.x, specifically because of this commit: https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/commit/7af234347729bb2f4d4e90d9f9829dd1d1c87f77 (I think, not entirely sure) RDP connections are completely broken with 3.12.x unless you enable "Ignore certificate" in the Remmina advanced connection profile options.
