Bug description:
This may be a Gnome or GTK specific issue not limited to gedit. This
is just where I found it happening.
When the dropdown combo box total entries would be longer than the
bottom of the screen when expanded, all but the top or partial top
entry is hidden. It expects you to hover over the arrow to slowly
slide down instead of automatically positioning the entire contents
upward, not just the dropdown outline.
