Public bug reported:

[ Impact ]

 * On Dell's AMD + Nvidia platform with iGPU [1002:150e] and dGPU are
not VGA compatible. There is no PRIME profile tab in the nvidia
settings.

 * It is because the iGPU can't have boot_vga set, such that the
requires_offloading node managed by gpu_manager is not turn on.

 * The nvidia-settings determine if the platform support "PRIME
Profiles" when requires_offloading is ON

[ Test Plan ]

 * On Dell's AMD + Nvidia platform with iGPU [1002:150e] and dGPU are
not VGA compatible

 * Install the ubuntu-drivers-common with the fix

 * Reboot

 * After boot into Ubuntu Desktop, open nvidia-settings and check the
"PRIME Profiles" Tab

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * If the platform has not ACPI companion configured, the test will be
failed as well
