  Unlock button unavailable via RDP

Bug description:
  I apply settings, see "remote settings.png" so I can connect via RDP,
  port 3389. I can go to "Remote Login" tab and push "Unlock..." button
  to edit settings, but no password request happen... So I can't edit
  settings... I expect password request should come...

  The same for "Date & Time" tab...
