Bug description:
Similar to https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/703200, but this
happening on Ubuntu 25.10 after upgrade from 25.04.
Brightness control for the internal monitor work before plugging in the
external monitor.
After unplugging the external monitor, the brightness controls still appear,
as well as the indicator for brightness changes, but brightness for the
internal monitor remains unchanged.
