Public bug reported: On the current daily Ubuntu for Raspberry Pi images (for 25.04, questing), we have an issue with gnome-initial-setup being unable to complete. The specific setup is as follows:
* Raspberry Pi 5 * 64GB SD card flashed with daily from https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/daily-preinstalled/current/ * Booted with Pi attached to ethernet (and screen, keyboard, mouse) Reproduction steps: 1. Selected English (UK) on language selection screen 2. Selected English UK layout on keyboard layout selection screen 3. Skipped wifi selection 4. Selected location (Manchester, UK) on the location screen 5. Entered details on user creation screen (full name, username, and machine name) 6.
